"A director called a bunch of performers to fuck the work on public transportation, cook and gamble their frequencies to solve a case" is wildly inventive, blending dystopian sci-fi, absurdity, and comedy.

 

A 4-screen synced video installation set in the premise of a world where people wear helmets made of human skin with ears to tap into human frequencies creates an unsettling, surreal visual, but also taps into larger themes about communication, surveillance, and power. Performers  "gambling frequencies" to gain more information is both metaphorically rich and ripe for absurd humor—implying that knowledge and truth are transactional, chaotic, and maybe even corrupt. blending absurd humor, institutional critique, crime, and comedy to solve an ever-evolving narrative.

 

‘The case’  isn’t just being solved within the story—it’s being solved by the making of the story itself. The film becomes a live experiment in narrative, with the institutional conflicts forming part of the plot.
